4. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing your order. deroopypet cannot change the shipping address once a package has been dispatched.
5. Undeliverable Locations
We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or the following regions:

- Hawaii
- Puerto Rico
- U.S. Virgin Islands
- Guam
- Military Zones
- Remote Islands or areas with limited courier access
6. Tracking and Support
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number to follow your package’s journey.
7. I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?
We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.
8. Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?
Unfortunately, we are unable to change the delivery address once the order has been shipped.
