1.Product Overview

Deroopy’s FetchLink C10 is a smart pet collar that integrates GPS positioning, electronic fencing, real-time intercom, behavior correction, live video monitoring, and full-color night vision.With the companion “Waskame” App, you can track your pet’s location at any time, set up a safe activity zone, interact with your pet remotely, and visually monitor their surroundings both day and night.

2.Quick Start Guide

2.1Unpacking and Inspection of the Device

After unpacking, please check whether the accessories are complete:

2.2Device Buttons and Interface Description

  • Power Button (Software Reset Button): short press once to turn on, long press for 3 seconds to turn off
  • Hardware Reset Button: used to reset the device
  • Camera: know your pet's surroundings
  • Type-C Charging Port: used to charge the device
  • SIM Card Slot: built-in cloud card, no need to insert physical SIM card unless there is a special reason
  • SD card slot: used to place SD card (comes with 32GB SD card)
  • Indicator Lights: displays device status
  • Trumpet: sound playback
  • Microphone: picks up ambient sound
  • Static feedback Contact: used for behavior correction

3.Wearing of the Device

3.1 Pet Weight Recommendations

Best suited for: 20-41kg pets (such as Corgis, Shiba Inus, medium-sized dog)

3.2 Pet Collar Wearing Regulations

  • Tightness: Make sure there is a 1-2 finger width gap (about 2-3cm) between the pet collar and the pet's neck
  • Neck circumference: 11-25inch (adjustable)
  • Regular inspection:
  • Young pets: Adjust the tightness of the pet collar every week
  • Adult pets: Check the pet collar for wear and tear, loose buckles every month
  • Contraindications: Do not use a leash to pull the pet collar

Short press the power button once, the blue light stays on to indicate successful power-on

4.1 APP Download and Installation

App name: Waskame

Download method:

  • For iOS users: Search "Waskame" in the App Store to download.
  • For Android users: Search "Waskame" on Google Play to download.
  • Alternatively, scan the QR code on the left based on your phone’s operating system to download the app directly.

4.2 Permission Settings

Open the App for the first time after installation:

1. Click "Allow" for all permission requests (storage, camera, microphone, location, notifications)

2. Permission management

3. If you accidentally deny permission, you can set it manually: Go to phone settings → App management → Find “Waskame” → Permissions → Manually enable the required permissions

4.3 Registration and Login

Registration Process:

Click "Register" → Enter your email address → Receive verification code → Set password (more than 6 characters)

Notes:

  • Check email spelling (e.g. avoid writing @gmail.com as @gamil.com)
  • Didn't receive email? Check "spam" or "advertising email" folder
  • Support third-party quick login to avoid email verification step (Google, Apple account)

5.Full Process Guide for Device and Phone Connection

5.1 Preparation Before Connection

Device side check:

1. Confirm that the device is powered on (blue light is always on)

2. Check the indicator status. When the device can be added normally, short press the power button.At this point, the device enters red and blue alternating flashing mode. The device indicator light is always on in blue and emits 4 "beeps" - indicating successful access to the network, followed by 2 consecutive "beeps" - indicating waiting for the device to be connected ensure that the device has sufficient power (recommended to be more than 50%)

Mobile side preparation:

1. Download the latest version of “Waskame” APP (V2.3.5 and above)

2. Enable mobile phone permissions: storage, camera, microphone, location, notification

3. Turn off other Bluetooth device connections

5.2 Detailed Connection Steps

5.2.1 Standard Connection Process

Device activation:

  • Short press the power button once → Wait for the device to complete self-test (red and blue lights flash alternately to scan the traffic card)
  • Hear 4 "beep" sounds → Blue light stays on to indicate it is ready
  • Hear another 2 "beep" sounds → Indicates the device is waiting to be connected

APP operation:

  • Open “Waskame” APP → Click the "+" icon
  • Select "Add FetchLink device"
  • Keep the distance between the phone and the device <1 meter

Bluetooth pairing:

  • Automatically search for devices (about 15 seconds)
  • Bluetooth Unique Identifier (12-character format): This is the device's Bluetooth MAC address used for pairing (e.g., XX:XX:XX:XX:XX:XX).
  • Device Unique Identifier (DID): A globally unique ID for the entire device (e.g., starts with "XYX" followed by 11 characters).
  • 4G SIM Card Number (ICCID): The identification number of the 4G card, consisting of 20 numeric digits.

5.2.2 Connection Exception Handling

Device not found (1) Check the blue light status of the device
(2) Turn off and turn back on your phone's Bluetooth
(3) Trying to reset the device
Pairing error (1) Verify that the device is not in sleep mode
(2) Try to software reset the device and pair again

5.3 Connection Guide for Special Scenarios

5.3.1Device Exception Handling

(1) Power button (software reset): When the device is in the state of blue light, short press the power button three times, and the device will enter automatic reset

(2) Hardware reset button (hardware reset): To prevent the device from shutting down due to low power consumption or failing to start up due to long-term non-use. Hardware reset means turning off the power and restarting without performing any software operations.

 

5.3.2Change Mobile Phone Connection

(1) Make sure to unbind the original phone (APP→Device Management→Unbind)

(2) When changing the primary binding phone, you need to press the power button three times to reset the settings and then bind

(3) Log in to a new account on a new phone (log in via email or a third party such as Apple ID or Google ID)

6.Core Function Introduction

6.1Real-time Positioning and Track Recording

  1. Positioning accuracy: meter level (depending on signal strength)
  2. Supported maps: Apple/Google Maps

6.2 Electronic Fence Settings

(1) Click "Set Boundary" → Draw a fence area on the map

(3) Out-of-bounds alarm:

  1. First alarm: trigger voice, vibration, static feedback(with 16 adjustable levels, also manually triggerable).
  2. Second alarm: only push pictures or videos
  3. Alarm frequency: the first 3 times are reported every 1-2 minutes, and then the interval is increased by 30 minutes each time until 3 hours

6.3Real-time Intercom Function

  • Real-time voice interaction with pets through APP
  • Support pre-recorded voice to call the pet back when it crosses the boundary

6.4 Behavioral static feedback Function (Use with Caution!)

Guidelines for safe use:

1. First test the pet's reaction at a lower intensity (vibration mode)

2. Single static feedback time ≤ 0.5 seconds

3. Wait at least 3 minutes between uses

4. Total use time for the whole day ≤ 10 minutes

5. Static feedback can be triggered manually, but it must be used with extreme caution.

6.5Cloud Storage and Recording

Cloud storage content:

Pictures: Free unlimited for 3 months

Away mode: Record only when crossing the boundary

 

6.6 Storage Introduction

1. SIM card management: The device has a built-in cloud card, which can be used directly after activation (total traffic 300M, usage period 30 days, the free traffic will be cleared after using up 300M traffic in advance or after 30 days), and subsequent use requires the purchase of traffic packages on the APP

2. The device has a reserved SIM card slot, and you can use the operator's SIM card according to personal needs. Due to issues such as operator base station compatibility, some SIM cards cannot be supported. If you need to use a self-purchased SIM card, you need to contact technical customer service to remove the built-in card

3. Cloud storage is 1:1 for one account and one device. A detection picture experience package is given to the newly registered account in the first three months. After the three-month experience package expires, you need to recharge to purchase a package to continue using it

7.Device Maintenance and Care

7.1 Charging Management

Charging Status:

  • The green light is always on when charging
  • The green light goes out when fully charged

  • The original charger (3A/5V) must be used
  • Non-original chargers may cause:

  • Keep Bluetooth connected
  • Do not interrupt the upgrade process

11.3 Warranty Policy

Warranty period: 1 year

One-year free repair service for non-human damage (user is responsible for round-trip shipping costs)

Damage caused by using non-original accessories is not covered by the warranty
