🐶 Deroopy GPS Collar Plan- FAQ

Each collar includes a 3-month image detection plan (no video) and a 30-day trial data package with 300MB for free. These activate automatically when the collar is paired with your Waskame account—no credit card required.

Yes. A new 3-month detection plan is triggered when you pair the collar with a different Waskame account. If you rebind it to the original account, it will continue using the previous trial balance.

Image detection plans store snapshots only. Cloud plans offer both image and video storage—available in 10s, 20s, or 30s clip options. Cloud plans are offered in 1-month, 6-month, or 12-month durations.

It depends on your usage. Light users might be fine with 2GB/month, while heavy video streaming or frequent GPS tracking may require 5GB or 10GB. You can always top up with extra data packages.

For Android:

For iOS:

Top-up packages extend your data once your base plan runs out. They come in 1GB, 5GB, 10GB, and 20GB sizes. A base monthly data plan must be active before top-ups can be added.

Yes—for a limited time. Your collar includes free trials. However, after expiration, GPS tracking, cloud storage, and video streaming require paid subscriptions or data packages.

Yes. Just subscribe to a cloud storage plan. You can choose the length of video clips (10s, 20s, 30s) and subscription period (monthly, 6-month, or yearly). Plans are visible in the Waskame App.

Your collar will stop transmitting live GPS or video until a new base or top-up plan is purchased. We recommend monitoring usage in the Waskame App to avoid interruptions.

You can easily manage, upgrade, or purchase additional data packages anytime through the Waskame App.
