Deroopy Collar Warranty Policy

At Deroopy, we stand behind the quality of our products and aim to ensure your satisfaction. All Deroopy Smart Collars are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.

✅ What’s Covered

  • Internal hardware failure
  • Factory defects
  • Battery or charging issues not caused by external damage

❌ What’s Not Covered

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or accidents (e.g. chewing, dropping, submersion beyond IP66 limits)
  • Use of third-party accessories or chargers not approved by Deroopy
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Normal wear and tear (e.g. cosmetic scratches, discoloration)
  • Issues resulting from failure to follow operating instructions

🧾 Warranty Claim Process

  1. Submit a claim via our Warranty Request Form with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos/videos for initial assessment.
  2. Our team will evaluate your claim within 3–5 business days.
  3. If the issue is covered, you will be instructed to return the product to our service center for further inspection.
  4. After inspection, we will either:
    • Repair the product free of charge
    • Replace it with a new or refurbished unit
    • Offer an alternative solution

🚚 Shipping Responsibility

The customer is responsible for both inbound and outbound shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping method. Deroopy is not liable for lost or damaged returns.

📅 Warranty Period

This warranty is valid for 12 months from the original purchase date and is non-transferable. Proof of purchase is required.
