Deroopy Collar Warranty Policy
At Deroopy, we stand behind the quality of our products and aim to ensure your satisfaction. All Deroopy Smart Collars are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.
✅ What’s Covered
- Internal hardware failure
- Factory defects
- Battery or charging issues not caused by external damage
❌ What’s Not Covered
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or accidents (e.g. chewing, dropping, submersion beyond IP66 limits)
- Use of third-party accessories or chargers not approved by Deroopy
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Normal wear and tear (e.g. cosmetic scratches, discoloration)
- Issues resulting from failure to follow operating instructions
🧾 Warranty Claim Process
- Submit a claim via our Warranty Request Form with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos/videos for initial assessment.
- Our team will evaluate your claim within 3–5 business days.
- If the issue is covered, you will be instructed to return the product to our service center for further inspection.
- After inspection, we will either:
- Repair the product free of charge
- Replace it with a new or refurbished unit
- Offer an alternative solution
🚚 Shipping Responsibility
The customer is responsible for both inbound and outbound shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping method. Deroopy is not liable for lost or damaged returns.
📅 Warranty Period
This warranty is valid for 12 months from the original purchase date and is non-transferable. Proof of purchase is required.
